How do you rate goals? The goals you set represent the values you believe.

Goals that do not align with your values will not succeed, because you are fighting against yourself.

In his book "Wealth: Is it Worth It?", Truett Cathy states: some might look at our business today and wonder why we would grow at all. After all, how big does a company need to be? I might be happy to maintain the status quo. But we need to grow in order to create opportunities for our people. We grow so that others can remain confident in the future of our chain. We grow because quality people are attracted to growing companies. We will continue to grow moderately and confidently.
